Yes. We run a 3,000 sqm workshop in Thuong Hong, Hung Yen, producing interiors, commercial stainless steel kitchen equipment and signage — signs, dimensional letters, light boxes and wayfinding.
Mainly three groups: people opening their first restaurant, owners of one restaurant looking to open another, and F&B chains rolling out more locations.
No. Every site is different, so a figure sitting here would either be wrong for you, or right for someone else's project. The figure for your own project comes out of sitting down and working it through.
