FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The basics about New Sky: what we cover, and how a project gets discussed.

What does New Sky cover?

Six work packages in the design and build of a restaurant: design, interiors, mechanical and electrical, stainless steel kitchens, construction and signage. One contract, one point of contact, from drawings to handover, then warranty and maintenance once the restaurant is running.

Does New Sky manufacture in-house?

Yes. We run a 3,000 sqm workshop in Thuong Hong, Hung Yen, producing interiors, commercial stainless steel kitchen equipment and signage — signs, dimensional letters, light boxes and wayfinding.

What is inside the 3,000 sqm workshop?

Who does New Sky work with?

Mainly three groups: people opening their first restaurant, owners of one restaurant looking to open another, and F&B chains rolling out more locations.

Are prices published on this website?

No. We quote only after going through your specific site, scope, materials and technical requirements with you.
