Dining room of a Japanese grill restaurant: banquette seating along the walls, and every table has a built-in grill with an extraction duct hanging from the ceiling.

Discuss Your F&B Restaurant Project

Tell us about the site, how many restaurants you run, when you want to open, and what you need — stainless steel kitchens, interiors, signage — and we will suggest a next step.

The first meeting: what you bring, what you take home

You bring
  • The site you have in mind — or none yet, that is fine too.
  • The concept you plan to run, and roughly how many seats.
  • The budget range you have in mind.
You take home
  • A straight read on the site: can it carry the rent, what gets in the way, how far it can be reworked.
  • A preliminary cost estimate — total investment worked out before detailed drawings — covering the hidden items too: ventilation and smoke extraction, fire safety, electrics and plumbing.
  • A few comparable projects we have actually built, for you to measure against.

Those estimates rest on the 159 restaurants we have built and are building, not on a per-square-metre rate looked up online.

Sometimes the numbers say this site is not worth taking. Hearing that at the first meeting costs you one meeting. Hearing it later, once the lease is signed, costs you rent every month.

Fill in the consultation form

Asking what a restaurant costs to build is not enough — you have to ask whether that money comes back, and how long it takes.

There is no charge for the first working session.

Leave a few lines here and we will call you back to arrange a meeting. If you only need to order workshop items — kitchen stainless steel, furniture, signage (fascia signs, 3D letters, light boxes) — send that through this form too.

What happens after you send?

We call you back

We hear about the site and the concept you have in mind, then set a time to meet.

The first working session

We assess the site, compare it against models we have built, then work up a preliminary cost estimate covering the hidden items.

You decide

You take the numbers away and weigh them up. If you want to see for yourself, we invite you to the workshop.

Rather not fill anything in? Just call

Sometimes you just want to ask one question first. Call or message on Zalo and you reach the right person.
