See what we have built, before you hand over the job
Every job here ran through one contractor holding design, interiors, mechanical and electrical, the stainless kitchen, construction and signage together.
- We build it and we finish it, with one team running both.
- Finish quality checked down to the last detail.
- Interiors, materials and services all answer to one set of drawings.
Each chain a different model

Khèn Nướng Sapa
A Sapa-style charcoal grill chain, with the grill sunk into the tabletop. New Sky has designed and built, or is building, 3 of its sites. Before you sign a lease, we work out how much charcoal cooking that particular site can carry.

Cơm Niêu Hải Sư
Clay pot rice cooks in clay, dim sum steams in a basket: two cooking zones at two different temperatures inside one unit. As of mid-2026, New Sky has designed and built, or is building, 10 Cơm Niêu Hải Sư sites, 8 of them inside shopping malls.

G.Master
G.Master is premium Japanese grill: the Wagyu display cabinet has to hold an exact temperature, and the sake bar follows izakaya practice. Grilling at the table means every table is a stove, with smoke rising where guests are sitting. Under-size the extraction and diners leave with the smell in their hair and clothes; fixing it means opening the ceiling to reroute ducting, pushing the opening date back while rent keeps running. We cover all six trades, so table extraction, gas and electrical routing, and the position of the meat cabinet all sit on one set of drawings.

Tian Long
New Sky has designed and built, or is building, 51 Tian Long sites, 36 of them inside shopping malls. Each type of site snags in its own place, and the sites already finished tell us where to look.

Long Wang
Long Wang is owner-operated, improving with each site, and no two spaces are alike. The kitchen runs pressurised steam through every peak service, and live seafood tanks keep the air damp and salty. Choose the wrong materials and the finish starts lifting a few months later, and a kitchen cannot close for days to be redone. Whether it is the second site or the tenth, we do not start from zero: what each trade costs and where the waste falls have already been worked out on the earlier sites.

Bò Tơ Quán Mộc
The first brand in the Aladdin restaurant group, opened in late 2017 in the style of old Hanoi, then given one full refit. A chain has to read as one brand in the diner’s mind, yet you cannot copy a single template into every location. We built the first site, then handled the refit; after handover we come back and assess, and replace whatever is wearing out early. Replacing early always costs less than repairing late.
